James, never a more true word spoken! Unfortunately, many of our readers do not have the confidence and basic knowledge to get started. When we get basic knowledge and we are able to experiment and cook ourselves, we can start to add ingredients that we like and which will give it certain tastes we enjoy the most. Adding perticular herbs and spices may not be everyones choice, but it just might make the Tepanade you are making, the one you dream of eating. Happy Cooking!

It always amazes me how many people buy this rather than make their own - the self made version has so much more flavour!
