Thanks for your kind words and encouragement.

To be honest, I have not been to the USA for many years and would have no idea where to get some ginger flowers.

However here is the best tip I can give you:

When you are able, go to your local hotel and eat a dinner once in a while and say hello to the chef, when you know him a little better ask him where he gets his ingredients from.

I would care to wager that he will be very happy to give you the contact information of his best suppliers of almost everything.

He may even be willing to order it for you and then when it arrives at the hotel, you can pay the hotel back when picking up the ingredients, thats what I do for my customers here.
