I am an aspiring culinary arts student of a vocational school here in San Diego.  Your article gave me a deeper sense of joy, that indeed I made the right decision on going back to school.  I started on this program in 2006 while I worked for a quick service restaurant as a manager.  Cooking good food and eating are my family&#039;s way of showing, sharing love among ourselves.  This has given me a sense of fulfillment each time I can create and serve family and friends new dishes I would learn from books or the internet.  

Because of heavy work load, I gave up schooling and continued to achieve my goals in the restaurant business.  4 yrs later, I quit work and relocated to the East Coast.  Last year, I decided to have a career change and went back to school.  To this date, I enjoyed every minute of my class, learning the fundamentals and science of cooking.  Now, its very clear to me, that I&#039;m on the right path.

Thank you for article, I&#039;m looking forward to experience all the joys of being a chef.</description>
