Notes:
These savory cheddar cheese biscuits really are a delight and Chef Kasdi has introduced us to something very different to enjoy during a very old tradition….afternoon tea!
Happy Cooking!

These look delicious, I am going to make a wheat free version
Dear Nicola,
Wheat free version sounds great, hope you enjoy making them.
Happy Cooking!
Mike.
These look the perfect thing for a cold, wet and grey December afternoon in the UK.
Dear Wendy,
When you talk about England like this I get very jealous.
Sitting in front of a fire in winter eating these would be a dream.
Please enjoy them.
Happy cooking!
Mike
Ok ok, I don’t know if I can resist these. They look melt in the mouth good!
Hi Matt,
I think that they would definately melt in your mouth, especially if they are washed down with a lovely freshly brewed cup of tea.
Enjoy them to the fullest.
Warm regards,
Mike.
A great idea for future recipes this. Thank you for sharing it. Have you noticed how so many people appear to be cooking again? I wonder if the lack of funds due to the current climate has something to do with it and we all appear to be cooking again! its great!
Hi Brent,
I am not sure what it is to be honest, but I am sure as you are by saying it’s great.
I love the fact that people have started to cook for themselves at home and venture out with a pot and ladle.
When people find out how easy it is to cook basic food we will all be in better shape.
People will start cooking and inviting friends over, being more sociable, healthier and happier.
Thanks for dropping by buddy and I wish you and your loved ones the best NYE ever!
Warm regards,
Mike.

I’m going to echo the thoughts and comments of other when I say that these look great, perfect as winter warmers – sunday afternoon with the family, infront of the fire with a cup of tea when it’s pouring down with rain outside and the black and white movie on BBC2.
Been following for a while on twitter and I love your tweets, they are great reading!
Dear Anthony,
Sincere thanks for the lovely comments and feedback.
I hope you give the biscuits a shot this winter to warm up your house.
Take care and thanks for dropping by.
Warm regards,

The tile in your tweet caught my eye, (I am a cheesaholic!) so I followed the link to this recipe, and as it was lunch time made a batch to go with some tomato soup…. having to rely on what I had already at home, I used a mini muffin tin, and added Lee & Perrins in the batter (no paprika!) and they were yummy and cute! As they made millions, I’m freezing them to use as crudities at Christmas!
I have been looking for a bread recipe to add to my Christmas dinner menu. This may be the one.
Oh, to be in England, now that it is Christmastime…
Kathleen
p.s. Thanks for the follow on Twitter
Wow thanks Michael Saxon, for Twitting this link! These sound right up my families alley. I LOVE butter almost as much as Paula Deen herself and my family LOVES Cheese! Thanks for such a great sounding recipe, I think I’ll try it tonight. I’d try it now, but I have TB Tired Butt!

Much love from New Orleans,
