    Must admit I prefer my duck cooked! Not sure if this is one piece or two?

    Or at least the fat well browned and the lean not quite so bloody.
    St Jamie Oliver seems recently to be saying chefs are leaving meat too rare.

    I’m drooling over the keyboard here…although I agree with Stephen, I would prefer just a tad more cooking.
