His work and travels have taken him to many of the top hotels across the globe, from Europe to North America, the Caribbean, Hong Kong, China, the Philippines, Taiwan, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and beyond.
In his exposure to rich cultural and culinary mixes, he has cooked for celebrities, heads of state, and members of various royal families.
